Bluetooth in a 2009 CC seems to have been optional. My CC does not have bluetooth but it does have the phone button on the left. That button is used to mute the stereo system so that you can pick up your handheld phone and answer it with the stereo muted. Disappointing when you are expecting your car to have bluetooth.
For used cars manufactured before 2012, Bluetooth may have been an added optional extra. For Polo models prior to 2015 we can fit an aftermarket solution called the Touch Phone Kit in all Polo trims, except S, to give Bluetooth functionality.

Now, My mk6 GTI doesn't have the media buttons on the steerting wheel. I am not sure if you yours has it but on the roof there is a bluetooth button and voice control. I believe it is where the micro phone is too. There is another button for voice control. Does Voice control still work to call people after you have installed the RCD330?
